Payment is required in full before we commence your order.

Delivery and Postage
All items ordered are posted in securely packaged waterproof mailing bags. Items that are readymade will be dispatched within 2-3 days of receipt of payment.
We currently ship to Ireland, UK and USA.
We can ship to further destinations, if requested. Please contact us before placing your order.
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases - please email us for an estimate of shipping costs first!
With regard to all other orders placed we will give you an estimated delivery time once your order is placed. Please note that a large number of orders are handmade and made to order and take and may take 10-14 to arrive. We aim to get orders out asap.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased item we are happy to refund it in full. However, the item must be returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt to include the packaging as sent. We are unable to refund the cost of postage. All returns are your responsibility until safe receipt of same by us.
Availability
In the event that an item ordered is out of stock we will email you to confirm. If, due to time constraints, you are unable to wait until the items comes back into stock and you have already paid, we will refund the full amount paid by you.
